Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County broke ground Aug. 26 on a 22,000 sq. ft. Senior Life Center at 1780 Airport Road. The facility will serve the county’s growing aging and disabled population, with a commercial kitchen that restores daily hot meal prep and triples meal production capacity.
