Meals on Wheels
Our Meals on Wheels program provides, nutritious meals and personal contact to homebound elderly each weekday. The program provides over 95,000 meals each year to seniors and people with disabilities living in Rockwall County. Volunteer drivers deliver the food to clients’ homes and to congregate sites. This service is provided on the basis of need, regardless of income.
To qualify for home-delivered meals, persons must be:
- 60 years old or older or totally disabled
- Homebound, without adequate support
- A resident of Rockwall County
- Nutritionally at risk
- Rockwall County Map

If you would like information about our programs, to refer a senior in need, or like to schedule an appointment with our case manager for an assessment to determine eligibility, please call us at 972-771-9514.

Just want to try out Meals on Wheels? Meals on Wheels is funded by federal and state grants that require us to gather information to determine if you qualify. If you are unsure if you want to go through the intake and assessment process, we ask that you help cover a portion of the meal cost. After filling out the above form please make your payment below and we can get you started for our next delivery date.
