Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County has been awarded a matching challenge
grant up to $1MM by the Kandy Kaye Horn Foundation. With $2.1MM already secured along
with the land, this matching grant puts us well on our way to breaking ground! The community’s
continual support for this comprehensive facility enhances and ensures the quality of the services
to make immediate impacts in the lives of homebound seniors and disabled. Now, that support
will be doubled!
